The motor laminations are core loss tested and must pass strict quality standards. All winding data is computer verified before the Coil Manufacturing process begins. Our experience, expertise and equipment enables us to manufacture a wide variety of coils, up to 7200 volts AC. Our large wire inventory and numerous insulation systems give us flexibility to produce armature, field and brake coils expediently.

Numerous lathes and mills are instrumental in manufacturing and repairing the components that are needed to assemble a quality product. Our specialized welding techniques and our 200-ton horizontal press gives us the flexibility to remanufacture the most difficult machines.

Our three baking ovens, three balancing machines and extensive inventory enable immediate availability of pre-assembly products to assure the fastest service demanded in a maintenance environment.
